Bode is head of the Capital Markets and Investment Banking team at Galadari & Associates. He was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1997. He obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB (Hons.)) degree in 1995 and a Masters in Law (LLM) in Petroleum Law, Policy and Economics in 1996.
Beginning his career as an analyst with HSBC and Schroders, he went on to become in-house counsel for HypoVereinsbank AG (now Unicredit Group) where he advised on all legal matters relating to corporate and capital markets activity.
Bode has broad experience in capital markets and corporate finance law. His experience includes structuring capital markets products, public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, acquisitions of public and private entities, private equity and project finance.
His practice also includes the representation of lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured financings, the representation of hedge funds and investment managers, and general corporate representation, including swaps and derivatives agreements, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions.
