Experience
Su Kiang is an associate with the Capital Markets and Investment Banking team at Galadari & Associates and advises on all legal matters relating to corporate and capital markets activity. Su Kiang graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Law from the University of Auckland (BCom/LLB) (2005) and is admitted to the High Court of New Zealand and the Malaysia bar.
Prior to joining Galadari & Associates, he had worked in both Malaysia and New Zealand for more than 3 years advising clients on commercial, real estate and trust matters with special interest in entity structuring.
His current scope of work includes advising clients on Labour Laws, Business Incorporations, Commercial Agency as well as general Capital Markets and Investment Banking matters pertaining to operations in the UAE. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. |
