Capital Markets, Structured Finance and Funds, Banking and FinanceLuke Stowe is a Partner in Galadari’s Capital Markets, Structured Finance and Funds practice, whilst he also advises on Banking and Finance related matters. Luke advises international and regional financial institutions, private equity firms, asset managers, alternative investment funds, hedge funds and sovereign wealth funds on a variety of matters, spanning debt capital markets and equity capital markets issuances, complex securitisation, structured finance, private credit and fund finance transactions. Luke has a wealth of experience advising his clients in the Middle East, Europe, the United States, Asia and the Latin Americas.
Aside from transactional work, Luke also advises his clients on regulatory matters, including applicable securitisation frameworks.
Luke has worked on a vast array of transactions within the above practice areas, spanning debt and equity capital markets, securitisation, structured finance, private credit, banking and finance matters. He has acted for many of the world’s leading financial institutions, including JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, Barclays, Citi, HSBC, Natixis, Deutsche Bank, UBS and Standard Chartered, as well as many of the world’s leading investment firms, including Advent, Apollo, BlackRock, Blackstone, Carlyle, CVC, KKR, RBC BlueBay, Brigade Capital, Pemberton, Fair Oaks, Guggenheim, Oak Tree, LGT, Partners Group, Permira and Lone Star.
Prior to joining Galadari, Luke was a Partner at Rimon in Dubai and previously served as Counsel at Sidley Austin LLP. He trained and qualified at Clifford Chance, and has also practised with Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.
