Darren Bradshaw

Darren Bradshaw is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial practice at Galadari Advocates & Legal Consultants. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial matters, commercial contracts, construction and infrastructure projects, energy and oil and gas transactions, as well as complex commercial disputes and arbitration.

Darren has extensive experience advising clients across the UAE, the wider Middle East, Asia, Europe and other international markets. He represents a diverse range of clients, including international and national oil companies, contractors, developers, multinational businesses and other corporate clients.

With more than 25 years of legal and commercial experience across private practice and senior in house roles, Darren advises on significant engineering, consultancy, development and energy contracts. His experience also extends to complex commercial disputes and arbitration, economic tort claims, construction disputes, fraud matters and employment disputes.

Darren’s combination of transactional and contentious experience enables him to advise clients on the effective structuring of transactions and contracts, while identifying and managing legal and commercial risks before they develop into disputes.
