Galadari Advocates is urgently seeking a results-oriented and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to play a key role in advancing the firm’s strategic growth initiatives and client engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development and marketing strategies to support the firm’s practice areas and industry sectors
- Identify new business opportunities and lead targeted outreach efforts
- Collaborate closely with partners and practice heads to prepare pitches, proposals, and client presentations
- Oversee legal directory submissions, award entries, and credentials management
- Support branding and thought leadership initiatives, including events and sponsorships
- Manage and maintain CRM systems and business development pipelines
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform strategy
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of business development and marketing experience within a law firm or professional services environment
- Proven track record of contributing to client acquisition and retention
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience preparing legal submissions and drafting legal proposals
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and legal marketing tools
- Knowledge of the UAE legal market and regional business landscape
