Ahmed Kamel is an associate at the Dubai office of Galadari Advocates and Legal Consultants where he is a member of the litigation team. His main area of practice involves handling commercial and civil litigation, with a particular emphasis on medical malpractice involving disputes with insurance companies and hospitals.
He also focuses on civil construction and gas supply contracting disputes, and he advised and represented a leading gas supply company in UAE in several proceedings against defaulted customers.
Ahmed also enjoys a good command in employment laws in UAE. He represented clients, both employers and employees alike, in several labour proceedings, developing a precise understanding of employment law and HR policies that benefits the firm’s clients.
