Bassem El Azhary brings with him a wide range of experience across the corporate, commercial, and construction areas in the MENA region. Bassem has over two decades of experience in general corporate, commercial, mergers and acquisitions, employment, taxation, and capital markets including M&A transactions for listed companies.
Bassem focuses on corporate matters, drafting of memorandum of association for the foundation of different types of companies, corporate compliance documents, and regulations. He is a detail-oriented lawyer, with distinguished drafting skills and legal knowledge.
Before joining Galadari, Bassem was a Senior Associate and the Head of the Egyptian Governmental Procedures Department at one of Egypt’s leading law firms.
