He earned a bachelor’s degree in law and Sharia, granting him full rights of audience before all UAE Courts.
Essa’s practice focuse s on criminal matters, court execution actions, and debt recovery proceedings. In addition, a core focus of Essa’s practice involves lease and rental disputes arising from retail or residential leases. He represented many landlords and tenants in different rental disputes and his clients’ list includes several prestigious real estate companies. With extensive knowledge of compliance regulations applicable in the UAE, he advises clients from the Middle East and GCC states on different matters as well as formalities required thereto in the region.
Essa is a qualified advocate with full rights of audience before UAE courts. He obtained his Bachelor’s qualification in law from the University of Sharjah and developed further his law qualification by joining the Young Emirati Leaders of Tomorrow program at Galadari Advocates & Legal Consultants, where he completed his training and met the Ministry of Justice requirements for obtaining a federal lawyer license.
During his training, he gained invaluable experience by shadowing the litigation team, and acquiring a comprehensive understanding of case management and legal proceedings. This hands-on experience laid a solid foundation for his career as a qualified lawyer.
