Khaled Mehdi

Khaled Mehdi is a seasoned corporate lawyer with over 15 years of extensive experience in corporate and commercial legal matters, spanning multiple jurisdictions across the Middle East and internationally. Based in Abu Dhabi, Khaled advises clients on a diverse range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and restructuring, joint ventures, equity financing, and transactional lending.

Khaled has a proven track record of drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, ranging from joint ventures and franchise agreements to IT and employment contracts. He has supported numerous clients with regulatory licensing, governance frameworks, and compliance with UAE laws, including assisting businesses in both the mainland and free zones such as DIFC and ADGM.

In addition to his UAE expertise, Khaled has significant experience in Lebanese laws, having served as a Senior Associate at one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in Lebanon. There, he advised on high-profile transactions, including private placements, debt restructuring, corporate governance, and financial instruments, while representing leading corporations and financial institutions.

Khaled is currently finalizing his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate and Commercial Law from Indiana University Robert McKinney School of Law and holds an LLB from La Sagesse University in Lebanon. Fluent in Arabic, English, and French, Khaled is adept at providing clear and strategic legal guidance to clients from diverse cultural and business backgrounds.
