Suad Ajlan currently heads the Execution Department and Legal Support at Galadari’s headquarters. In her role, she leads her team with a dedication to superior performance in legal execution and support, guaranteeing optimal results for clients. As an advocate, her expertise spans multiple practice areas, including litigation and execution, insurance, commercial arbitration, compliance and regulatory, and criminal law matters.  

With a finely tuned set of analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and outstanding communication abilities. Suad is recognized for delivering precise legal opinions, managing intricate contracts, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Her expertise extends beyond routine legal duties, encompassing a profound understanding of the insurance landscape. With specialized proficiency in commercial arbitration, Suad further enhances her reputation in navigating legal complexities. 

Throughout her career, Suad has demonstrated a profound capability to navigate legal challenges and deliver practical solutions that uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and client service. Her role has regularly involved preparing recommendations, memos, and reports as an active member of investigation and disciplinary committees.  

Her practical legal experience is further showcased in her collaborations with the Federal Public Funds Prosecution and the Dubai Public Prosecution. In these capacities, Suad has been instrumental in preparing and providing required documents in criminal cases related to Public Fund crime, thereby adhering strictly to legal procedures. 

In addition, Suad participated in supervising the Federal National Council Elections in the year 2023.  

 Prior to joining Galadari, Suad built a remarkable career with over two decades of experience as a senior legal officer at Emirates Post Group and four years of experience as an insurance consultant at Al Futtaim Company, specializing in insurance claims, risk management, and legal compliance in diverse business environments.
