Tarek Al Tamimi is an associate working in our Abu Dhabi office. His expertise focuses on dispute resolution and insurance matters arising from different types of insurance claims. Tarek excels at representing clients before both federal and local courts of the UAE. He is routinely on lawsuits and cases to provide advice related to the UAE laws and court procedures and principles.
In addition to his dispute resolution practice, Tarek is well experienced in drafting and reviewing various types of corporate and commercial contracts both in Arabic and English. He provides watch services to clients on new legislation, regulations, and policies, and has extensive knowledge of the UAE federal and local laws. He regularly publishes updates and insights on the UAE’s new regulations.
Prior to joining Galadari, Tarek worked as an associate and legal researcher within a leading firm in Abu Dhabi. Tarek holds a master’s degree in private Law from the Dubai Police Academy and a bachelor’s degree in law from Abu Dhabi University. He is fluent in English and Arabic.
