Mohammad joined Galadari in 2011 as a local advocate with full rights of audience before all courts in the UAE. He specialises in labour cases, civil and commercial cases and rental disputes.
As a local Emirati Lawyer, Mohammad represents the firm and follows up on cases in the different Emirates, as well as the various committees and the Rental Disputes Center (RDC). His recent experience includes an employment matter, where he represented a plaintiff in a labour case against his former company for a claim amount of AED 450,000. As a local lawyer with full rights of audience, Mohammad also attends police stations to open criminal complaints and attends prosecution questionings. He also has vast experience in Sharia matters
