As part of his professional development, Essa participated in the “Young Emirati Leaders of Tomorrow”, the UAE Government Leaders Programme, supported throughout the firm through initiatives which include providing internships and training contracts for young students and new graduates. Upon completion of this programme Essa met respective requirements of the Ministry of Justise and obtained the Federal Lawyer License.
This hands-on experience laid a solid foundation for his subsequent career as a qualified lawyer.
